At SD Art Advisory, we are honored to present the inaugural exhibition in our Legacy Artist Series:
Jenni Hoag Davis – A Life in Art and Creativity (1916–1996).
This special two-day retrospective offers an intimate look at the work of Jenni Hoag Davis, a prolific but previously unrecognized artist whose deeply personal paintings, drawings, and mixed media works span much of the 20th century. Born in 1916 and a lifelong explorer of visual language, Jenni created art as a means of reflection, emotional processing, and pure creative joy.
Brought to light through the efforts of her son, Brad Davis, this exhibition marks the first time Jenni's body of work has been shown publicly. Her art—often whimsical, tender, and rich with introspection—offers viewers a unique window into the soul of a woman who created not for fame or fortune, but for the love of expression itself.
As part of our new Legacy Artist Exhibition series, this show reflects our deep commitment to preserving and celebrating the creative legacies of artists whose contributions may have been overlooked during their lifetimes. We believe their stories and art deserve a place in the public eye—and in the hearts of collectors, curators, and future generations.
