Christ Presence
A new series by Alejandro Rojas Salazar
There is a presence that lives in silence. A presence that does not shout, perform, or seek recognition—yet still, it waits to be felt. In this new body of work, I return to Christ not through dogma, but through paint, breath, and rupture.
This is Christ Presence.
Rendered in raw black, each piece is a meditation on stillness, trauma, surrender, and grace. In the central work, a face emerges—subtle yet unmistakable. The black drips downward like blood, like memory, like tears long held. It is not about showing Him—it is about feeling Him.
No spectacle.
Only the weight of presence.
This series comes at a personal cost and a sacred calling. It is the most vulnerable I have ever been in my studio—because it was born during a season of emotional reckoning, healing, and spiritual return.
And so, in that same spirit of offering, I’ve made the decision to donate 100% of the proceeds from the Christ Presence series to support my gallery, SD Art Advisory. Every dollar from these works will go directly toward rent and operating costs—to keep the space alive not just for me, but for every artist and story that needs to be seen, heard, and held.
Whether you collect a piece or simply witness the work, your presence matters.
