This painting is from my series that I call, The Holographic Universe, a series about the Human Experience. The materialist empire invades the dream world. In this painting, the background is a sculpture by William Priestly MacIntosh. This grouping is on the Queen Victoria building in Sydney Australia. Called the "Guardian Genius of the City", it was conceived about peace through wisdom, labor, and industry. But for me, it is more of a representation of the power of the British Empire navy. While in color shadows I painted the outback with the aboriginal in a sacred dance ceremony
