Event Agreement Below

1.  Participation Fee: A $100 non-refundable fee is required for registration. Payment secures your spot in the show. 

2.  Sales & Transactions: Artists retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for all transactions with buyers. Post your Venmo, Paypal or other method information to receive instant payment and we will verify every sale if you are not present before art is removed.  You must verify receipt or buyer cannot take the art.

3.  Setup & Display: Artists must provide their own display materials if needed. All artwork will be professionally curated and displayed by Salazar on the walls of SD Art Advisory.   Please attach a certificate of authenticity (if you have one) on the back of each work.  Please Sign Each Work if applicable.

4.  Artwork Guidelines: Up to 5 works are allowed . All artwork must be original. No commercial reproductions (prints allowed only if limited edition and clearly labeled as such). Each artwork must not exceed 12 x 12 inches in any medium – must be ready to hang – sculpture artists encouraged – we have pedestals and other areas! 

5.  Liability: SD Art Advisory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged artwork. Artists should handle their own insurance if needed.  Gallery has full Security Cameras Installed. 

6.  Event Promotion & Tickets: 

-  General admission tickets will be sold for $10 each to the public.  100 PERCENT WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY - VANGUARD CULTURE A 501 3(C) Nonprofit dedicated to advancing San Diego’s Creative Workforce.

-  Each participating artist will receive 5 free tickets to distribute to friends, family, and collectors. Tickets Can Be Picked Up At Gallery after signing up. 

-  Artists are expected to promote the event to maximize attendance and sales.  Artist are encouraged to be at the gallery during the entire event but not required.

7. Cancellations: Registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is received, participation is confirmed.

This is an **all-day art show** running from 10 AM to 10 PM on April 26 and 27. 

Artists are welcomed to be at the gallery the entire time to enjoy the full experience!   

ADDITIONALLY - Each Artist Will Get A 30 Min Art Mentorship Consultation about your artwork with the Curator Alexander Salazar after your art is installed- Sign Up Times Will Be Made Available After Signing Up. This is a $150 Value. 

DROP OFF TIMES are April 15 and no later than 5 pm on April 22.  This is a CURATED show so you would want to be placed in the perfect spot to sell the art. 

UNSOLD ART MUST BE PICKED UP ON MONDAY APRIL 28 BETWEEN 10 AM AND 9 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS AND ART NOT PICKED UP WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.
